How Does a 42-Sqm Bare Pad Become a Two-Bedroom Suite?

Well, I know that it is really impossible to make this tiny room a two bedroom livable space.  But of course, with the help of our designer and magic hands of our skilled workers, nothing is impossible. Originally, space is only an empty unit, no partitions at all. The turn out looks like a sample showroom and his neighbor loves it.  Our client, who is a balikbayan, was happy with the result—even his friends are eager to visit and willing to fly out just to see personally.  By the way, this pad is not for personal use—business as usual.

Living room

In this pad, we used light colors such as white, cream, and natural wood. The accessories were used were also matched like putting some green accents to add color in the space.  A loveseat sofa is enough for the guest; a solid wood top coffee table, with natural grain and stainless steel legs, were perfectly matched.  Those cute shelves and illusion mirror above, gave life to space as we added some accessories to it.  It will look quirkier by adding some books and framed photos.

Dining area

Have you noticed that we usually use wallpaper in our projects? Aside from the fact it is easier than re-painting, it is less costly yet it can make the whole unit looks luxury.  We just love the orientation of the dining area— made a solid wood corner seating bench and two single chairs; a natural round table with 30 inches diameter, which includes the table setting, set up— that will make the guest enjoy their stay, more.  The round, modern droplight was bought from a well-known supplier, Aristocrat interiors.

Kitchen area

Originally, there was no installed neither upper nor lower cabinet. We were the one who designed the overall look and makes it happened. Space obviously very intact, we had to use natural laminates using solid marine plywood. The backsplash and granite-top were installed was the personal choice of our client, then, we purchased from Home Depot.

Bedroom 2

Our client was not really after with luxury vibe. He just wants a relaxing space wherein he could stay longer; a natural wood vibe designed furniture and a mirrored sliding closet for guest use achieve— everything is achieved.

Master's Bedroom

In need of storage space yet you are lacking of it? No problem at all. This is a customize set-up wherein we created a extra storage above and side of the bed, without compromising the design of the headboard. By adding extra side shelves, our client may be able to put his extra stuff or clothes above on the swing upper cabinet.

There’s a two cabinet on the right side and our apology if we weren’t able to capture it.  We also placed a small hanging table and shelves for computer use.

Bathroom

The usual, since the client has a limit budget, we weren’t able to accessorize this space. He just needed storage for cleaning stuff: Upper cabinet, lavatory cabinet and shelves; and also a vanity sized mirror and shower enclosure.

How do you find this pad? Is it yay or nay? We would love to hear your comments. Interested in the total cost of this project? Shoot us an email to homewoodscreation@gmail.com
